I love pizza. I always have. I always will--  But recent chains have all but ruined my favorite food. I apprenticed with a pizza maker from New York and have been throwing pies for over 20 years. When the chance arrived to open my own pizza joint similar to the type I used to frequent when I was a child, my wife and I jumped at the chance. I hope you enjoy eating my pizza as much as I enjoy making it for you.
